2022 – ongoingPublic Micro-Sculptures & Street Discovery
#Micro-Sculptures#Reclaimed Timber#Street Placements#Public Art
A public art project that deploys small insect sculptures into the city streets.
Carved from reclaimed timber offcuts, each ladybug, fly, isopod or plant-hopper is carefully painted and placed on shopfronts, walls, and corners in collaboration with local businesses and residents. These sculptural "stickers" act as tiny surprises in the built environment, sparks of whimsy that invite discovery, conversation, and delight.
Transforming overlooked spaces into sites of connection, play, and discovery.
